Dattebayo is a Naruto-inspired browser game where webcam hand signs unleash jutsu. Practise three-sign sequences, extend your timer in Single Player, or challenge a friend in a first-to-five multiplayer duel, with animated fighters and elemental effects.
Built with Astra
We used Astra to develop our webcam hand-sign game using MediaPipe and a pretrained ONNX classifier. It helped us shift from rock-paper-scissors to continuous hand-sign gameplay, build timed Single Player and multiplayer duels, and create animated fire and lightning effects. Astra also helped integrate our team’s code, resolve merge conflicts, and test recognition, scoring, and animation timing.
