We use GPT-6 Astra to turn sales conversations into an explorable map. Astra groups completed exchanges into topics, suggests next questions, selects relevant source passages, and provides feedback tied to the transcript. Mapping and coaching run separately so the map can update while advice is pending. Each request contains only the conversation through the current moment. We validate structured responses before updating the scene and discard stale results after a seek or retry. GPT-Live-1 transcribes browser microphone speech into the same conversation state used by replay. Users can return to an earlier exchange and speak a different response, creating a separate practice path while preserving the original. The integration uses the Responses API and Live API.
